Switzerland faces a recurring shortage of healthcare professionals. In this context, one of the problems identified by the Carewell start-up concerns the replacement of absent staff. Institutions often lack an effective tool to manage these urgent situations.
To improve the process, Carewell has created a marketplace based on three pillars: a digital platform with profiles of people who can be mobilised, an AI-based matching algorithm, and support activities to retain talent.
